We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Acrylic Bath Installer to join our team at Luxury Bath Technologies in San Diego County. In this role, you'll oversee the installation of premium acrylic bath systems in residential properties throughout Olivenhain and surrounding areas. Your Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bath systems with precision, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Measure and prepare installation sites to exact specifications
- Lead installation projects from start to finish, managing timelines and coordinating with team members
- Perform quality inspections to verify all work meets our high standards
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and address concerns
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Mentor and guide junior installers when needed
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing acrylic bath systems or comparable bath remodeling work
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing installation projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to perform installation work and lift heavy materials
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to job sites
