About the Role
As a Retail Facilities Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the operational excellence and customer experience that define Ocean State Job Lot stores. You'll keep our Prince Frederick location clean, organized, and safe while supporting the broader retail team during this brand-new store launch.
What You'll Do
- Keep store areas, aisles, and shelves clean and properly maintained throughout your shift
- Stock merchandise and organize inventory displays according to company standards
- Ensure store spaces meet safety and sanitation requirements at all times
- Assist with basic store maintenance and operational tasks as needed
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and maintain a welcoming environment
- Support the opening team in setting up and organizing the new Prince Frederick location

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation for this position ranges from $16.25 to $17.25 per hour, based on your experience and background.
