About the Role

This hands-on Production Lead position at our Slidell location bridges frontline execution and supervisory leadership. You'll own production workflows, monitor departmental performance, and step into leadership duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Production Manager, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance across all operations.
