About the Role

As a Senior Manager, People Partner, you'll serve as a strategic human resources leader, partnering with business units and executive teams to align people strategy with company objectives. You'll own employee relations, organizational development, and talent management initiatives that strengthen our workforce and support our mission to innovate solutions that save lives in diagnostics and biotechnology.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic HR counsel to operating company leadership, addressing organizational design, performance management, and talent strategy
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, policy development, and fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that build high-performing teams
• Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication across departments
• Partner with Danaher's corporate HR function to implement best practices and compliance standards
• Develop and mentor HR team members, building capability within your department

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of human resources experience, with 5+ years in a senior people partner or business partner role
• Demonstrated success in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate HR strategy into measurable outcomes
• Experience partnering with operating companies or business units in a decentralized organization
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) preferred
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
