Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to protect margins
• Execute sales initiatives, promotions, and customer retention strategies
• Address customer concerns and maintain a welcoming, clean environment
• Complete required reporting, record-keeping, and administrative duties
• Be present and visible during shifts, setting the tone for your team
