About This Position

The Contact & Command Center Associate role supports the operational heart of Whataburger. You'll be part of a team that manages critical communications, coordinates between locations, and ensures restaurant operations run efficiently. This is an on-site position where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask directly impact the success of our restaurants and the experience of our customers and team members.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage incoming communications and route inquiries to appropriate departments or locations
• Coordinate operational activities and support across multiple restaurant locations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of communications and operational events
• Respond to time-sensitive requests with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor and report on operational status and any issues requiring immediate attention
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and corporate teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable transportation to 300 Concord Plaza Dr San Antonio TX 78216-6903
• Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing or operational support role is preferred
