Responsibilities

• Patrol residential facilities and monitor security systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Verify visitor and employee identification, maintain access logs, and enforce security protocols
• Respond rapidly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues or security vulnerabilities
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed security documentation
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Snap Inc. with integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current or ability to obtain required security licenses and certifications per state requirements
• Prior security, law enforcement, or related professional experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physical capability to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Clear background check and valid identification
