The Role
As a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between Crimson Education and our English and Mandarin-speaking student communities. You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives, manage communications, and coordinate campaigns that highlight our college preparation services and educational resources to audiences across the US and internationally.
What You'll Do
- Create marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and product teams on campaign execution and strategy
- Manage social media presence and community engagement across both language platforms
- Support virtual and in-person events, webinars, and student recruitment activities
- Engage with multilingual students and families to address inquiries and promote services
- Translate marketing content and ensure cultural relevance and accuracy
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related professional field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Genuine passion for education and commitment to student success
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
