What You'll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality patient service
- Manage patient payments and billing processes accurately and professionally
- Process and manage purchase orders and vendor relationships
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
- Prepare timely reports on clinic performance and financial metrics
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to meet operational goals
- Support scheduling, patient intake, and appointment coordination as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in clinic, healthcare office, or medical administrative settings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with billing software, patient management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial and medical records
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage priorities effectively
- High school diploma or GED; additional healthcare certifications a plus
