About the Role
The Residential Coordinator is a frontline staff member within our Interim Housing Services team, responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Bristol Hotel. You'll provide direct support to guests as they work toward their personal goals and stable housing. Collaborating closely with case managers, operations staff, and community partners, you'll connect residents to resources, address immediate needs, and support their pathways toward independence.
What You'll Do
- Document interactions and progress through detailed shift notes following each guest conversation or contact
- Greet and orient new residents to the facility, explaining rules, resources, and available support services
- Assist case managers in connecting residents to services outlined in their personalized support plans
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic living spaces; support residents with personal care supplies and facility upkeep
- Partner with the case management and operations teams to sustain a secure and inclusive housing environment
- Deliver immediate support during resident crises, helping individuals develop problem-solving and coping strategies
- Apply evidence-based methods including intensive case coordination, motivational engagement, and harm reduction principles
- Draw on personal or lived experience to build trust and foster meaningful relationships with residents
- Share information about community services, benefits programs, and resources; connect residents to outside supports
- Develop and leverage local partnerships to expand opportunities and link residents to broader services
- Uphold the facility's established values, standards, and resident agreements
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest and staff inquiries
- Ensure respectful, attentive service delivery to all residents and visitors

Basic Requirements
- Any level of relevant experience or education is welcome
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain training
- Completion of TB screening, background check, and drug screening (required prior to hire)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (driving is essential to this position)
- Proof of vehicle insurance and ownership; ability to meet PATH's vehicle insurance requirements
