Driven Brands, North America's largest automotive services company, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Commercial Partnerships Strategy and Fleet Sales to drive growth across our portfolio of leading car care brands. This is a full-time leadership position based in the United States.

About the Role

As SVP of Commercial Partnerships Strategy and Fleet Sales, you will lead the development and execution of strategic commercial partnerships and fleet-focused sales initiatives across Driven Brands' portfolio. You will oversee the strategy, partnership development, and revenue growth for commercial and fleet customer segments, reporting directly to senior executive leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial partnerships and fleet sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major fleet operators, commercial accounts, and strategic partners across North America
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across our brand portfolio including Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke Car Care Centers, Maaco, 1-800-Radiator & A/C, Auto Glass Now, and CARSTAR to maximize commercial revenue opportunities
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the commercial and fleet segments
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in assigned business areas
  • Oversee account management, contract negotiation, and partnership performance tracking

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of automotive services, fleet management, commercial sales, or related B2B leadership experience
  • Proven track record developing and scaling commercial partnerships and fleet sales channels
  • SVP or equivalent C-suite level leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of fleet operator needs and the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen, and P&L management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations
