About the Role
As a Federal Project Manager II at Oracle, you will own site-level transition readiness for federal clients, guiding each location through the critical period that follows a system go-live. This is an on-site, travel-intensive position (approximately 80% travel) based out of Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, ideal for a methodical leader who connects technical readiness with client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage site-specific Post Go-Live transition readiness project plans from start to completion.
- Produce clear deliverable and status reports for both client stakeholders and internal Oracle teams.
- Partner with client counterparts to coordinate activities and define shared ownership of tasks.
- Apply Oracle's Transition Readiness Methodology to confirm local informatics readiness at each site.
- Track milestones, surface risks early, and keep program activities aligned with agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience, ideally within federal, healthcare, or informatics environments.
- Comfort with sustained travel of roughly 80% to support work across client sites.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables at once.
- Detail-oriented execution against an established readiness methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing and internal collaboration.
