About the Role

This full-time Assistant Manager position puts you at the heart of our Reynoldsburg service center, where you'll manage team performance, coordinate customer flow, and maintain operational standards. You'll work in a hands-on environment supporting both our technicians and customers to ensure every visit runs smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily shop operations, from team scheduling to service quality oversight
• Greet customers, answer questions, and address service concerns with professionalism
• Support technicians and coordinate workflow to keep the service line moving
• Manage supplies, track inventory, and maintain stock levels of oil and filters
• Train team members on customer service standards and technical procedures
• Keep the service facility clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Contribute to shop performance goals and revenue targets
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Experience in automotive service, quick-lube operations, or retail management
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
