Join Take 5 Oil Change, part of the Driven Brands family, as an Oil Change Team Member at our Englewood, Florida location. We're looking for motivated individuals to deliver fast, reliable fluid maintenance service while customers relax in their vehicles.
About the Role
As an Oil Change Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our quick-service operation. Operating from Shop423 at 1740 South Tamiami Trail, you'll deliver the quality service that has made Take 5 a trusted name in automotive maintenance for over 35 years.
What You'll Do
- Perform complete oil change services for a wide variety of vehicles
- Check and top up vehicle fluids including coolant, windshield washer, and brake fluid
- Inspect and replace air filters and engine components as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety standards
- Provide swift, courteous service that keeps customers moving forward
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all company procedures and vehicle manufacturer specifications
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn automotive service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical capability to perform hands-on service work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
