About the Role
As a Traveling Notary Public with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll provide essential notarization services to clients in their homes, offices, and other convenient locations. This position combines independence with steady work, offering the flexibility to manage your schedule while building a stable, full-time income in a trusted profession.
What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations to perform notarial acts on documents including loans, deeds, powers of attorney, and affidavits
- Verify client identities and ensure proper document execution in compliance with Pennsylvania notary law
- Maintain detailed records of all notarizations and manage administrative documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients to schedule appointments and confirm details
- Educate clients on notarization requirements and document preparation
- Work independently while meeting performance expectations and service quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Current Pennsylvania notary public commission (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the service area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation
- Professionalism and integrity in client interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
