About the Role
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you'll be the trusted advisor helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through comprehensive insurance solutions. Working remotely, you'll manage the full client lifecycle—from initial consultation to policy delivery and ongoing support—while contributing to OneMCI's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences across diverse industries.
What You'll Do
- Assess clients' property and casualty insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare and submit insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations
- Build and maintain a book of business through relationship management and customer service excellence
- Guide clients through policy options, coverage details, and premium structures with clarity and professionalism
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims support as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Meet performance metrics and sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license for Kansas
- Proven ability to explain complex insurance concepts to diverse clients
- Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with phone, email, and digital tools
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing your own schedule and client interactions independently
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices, terminology, and compliance requirements
