About the Role

As a BCBA with Perfect Pair ABA VA LLC, you'll lead comprehensive behavioral health interventions, combining clinical expertise with compassionate client care. Based in Portsmouth and serving the surrounding region, you'll work across multiple service delivery environments—from our clinical facilities to family homes—partnering with our team to implement personalized, adaptive treatment approaches that drive meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with each client's unique needs
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols and adherence to ethical standards
• Monitor client progress through direct observation and data analysis, refining interventions based on evidence and measurable results
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to build sustainable behavior change strategies in home, clinical, and community settings
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes that support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance
• Stay current with evolving ABA research and best practices to continuously improve service quality

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Valid Virginia license or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated experience delivering ABA services across diverse populations and settings
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
