As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with OneMCI, you'll serve clients across diverse industries by evaluating their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate coverage solutions. What You'll Do
- Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable property and casualty insurance policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative, responsive service
- Process applications, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate coverage details and policy terms to ensure client understanding
- Stay current with evolving insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with underwriters and support teams to resolve client questions and claims
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of Kansas
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance products
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Experience or comfort with technology platforms and CRM systems
