What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care in adult acute care medicine units with telemetry monitoring
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and communicate clinical changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients receiving specialty care, including renal and palliative medicine services
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and electronic medical records
- Participate in care planning and evidence-based practice improvements
- Build professional relationships and seek mentorship from experienced nurses
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current or eligible for Rhode Island RN licensure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
