Associate General Counsel – Global Ethics and Compliance Program

This is a full-time position for an accomplished legal professional committed to building and maintaining robust compliance frameworks across a global technology enterprise.

About This Position

We're seeking a strategic legal leader to architect and execute our enterprise-wide ethics and compliance strategy. In this Associate General Counsel role, you'll drive governance initiatives that protect the organization and foster a culture of integrity across all business units. You'll report to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to address complex compliance challenges in a global technology environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Core Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain the corporate ethics and compliance program infrastructure and governance framework
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt compliance policies to reflect evolving legal and industry requirements
• Establish and oversee anti-financial crime initiatives, including fraud prevention, detection, and investigation protocols
• Lead the ethics program, including policy development, training delivery, and employee advisory support
• Conduct compliance due diligence on acquisitions and coordinate integration of compliance functions post-acquisition
• Investigate compliance incidents and manage response procedures with coordination across business leadership

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney with substantive experience managing enterprise-wide compliance programs
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate ethics, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Background in anti-financial crime, anti-corruption compliance, or related regulatory disciplines
• Creative and adaptable approach to problem-solving in dynamic regulatory landscapes
• Proven experience within global technology organizations or complex multi-jurisdictional environments
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to build stakeholder alignment
• Capability to translate regulatory frameworks into actionable compliance strategies
