What You'll Do
- Monitor patient vital signs, condition changes, and clinical progress throughout each shift
- Assess patient needs and execute individualized care plans with attention to detail
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform clinical procedures per scope of practice
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document clinical observations and patient responses with accuracy and timeliness
- Identify safety risks and participate in quality and safety initiatives
- Support patient education and preparation for next steps in care
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut nursing license as Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN)
