Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and related critical interventions
• Continuously assess vital signs, hemodynamic status, and overall condition, intervening promptly when changes arise
• Partner with cardiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, coordinated procedural flow within the cath lab and critical care areas
• Prepare and administer medications, manage specialized equipment, and maintain sterile technique throughout cases
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly while following established safety and regulatory standards
• Move fluidly between team needs or the designated 2 Locations to support coverage and operational continuity

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Solid foundation in critical care nursing principles and familiarity with cath lab procedures and workflows
• Sharp clinical judgment, rapid decision-making ability, and clear communication under pressure
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to the flexible demands of a multi-site or flex team structure
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials, along with readiness to maintain any additional unit-specific competencies standard for this title
