About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility, which specializes in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team to support residents in their recovery and wellness journey, applying clinical expertise and compassionate care every day.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing assessments and deliver hands-on clinical care to assigned residents
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment plans
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, therapists, and support staff
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed, accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families about their care, recovery milestones, and health management
- Respond promptly to resident needs and ensure comfort and dignity in all interactions
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Professional nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems
