About the Role
As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you'll transition into professional practice with comprehensive support and guided clinical experience. What You'll Do

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Apply evidence-based nursing practice and critical thinking to evolving patient situations

- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement
What We're Looking For
- Current or pending Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Tennessee
- Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Strong foundation in clinical knowledge, patient care principles, and nursing fundamentals
- Dedication to professional growth, learning, and patient advocacy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety
