What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, managing complex acute and critical conditions
• Perform triage, nursing assessments, and interventions across all acuity levels
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments per protocol, and respond to patient changes
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and documentation
• Support evidence-based programs designed to enhance patient recovery and reduce complications
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Tennessee (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
• Experience or demonstrated readiness in emergency or acute-care nursing
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency care setting
• Commitment to patient safety, compassion, and team collaboration
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
