CNA – Restorative Nursing Aide – FT Days – SF Village

Good Samaritan in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Restorative Nursing Aide duties on the day shift. This is an opportunity to provide direct patient care in a supportive, mission-driven environment dedicated to senior wellness.

About the Role

As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you'll work 40 hours per week on the day shift, focusing on helping seniors regain or maintain their independence through patient-centered care. You'll be part of a team committed to providing compassionate, high-quality services to our senior residents in a Christian-values-based community.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support nursing staff with resident care and comfort measures
• Document observations and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Encourage resident participation in therapeutic and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate support

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent credentials
• Ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care to seniors
• Physical capability to assist residents with mobility and personal care tasks
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
