As a Registered Nurse New Graduate Medicine, you will join a supportive team caring for adult patients across several acute care medicine units, including those specializing in telemetry monitoring, renal care, and complex medical conditions. This position is designed for new graduate nurses ready to grow their clinical skills in a dynamic hospital setting in Southbury, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to adults on acute care medicine and telemetry units.
- Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and respond to changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
