About the Role
Right at Home SLC is a trusted provider of in-home care services with over 25 years of experience supporting clients throughout Salt Lake County. We're looking for dedicated caregivers to join our Millcreek team for consistent morning shift positions. This full-time role offers the chance to work directly with clients in their homes, providing personalized care and genuine human connection every day.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance and help clients move safely throughout their homes
- Offer companionship and emotional support during care visits
- Help with light household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate updates with care coordinators
- Maintain a professional, respectful approach to client privacy and dignity
What We're Looking For
- Compassion and genuine interest in helping seniors and adults with disabilities
- Reliability and strong commitment to consistency and punctuality
- Ability to work full-time morning shifts in Millcreek and surrounding areas
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and self-care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear background check
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
