About This Position
As an Outside Sales Representative with Right at Home SLC, you'll build meaningful relationships with families and healthcare providers across Salt Lake County and Davis County who need home care services. You'll represent our specialized services in non-medical home care and support for adults with disabilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations and presentations with prospective clients and referral sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners
- Present Right at Home SLC's home care services and explain how we meet individual client needs
- Identify new business opportunities and referral partners throughout assigned territories
- Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities accurately
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our commitment to compassionate service
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for field-based work
- Ability to manage time independently and work across multiple territories
- Genuine passion for helping families access quality care services
- Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service excellence
