Zachary Piper Solutions, LLC is seeking a FMS Case Manager with Security Clearance to join its Aberdeen, Harford County team, working at the Aberdeen Proving Ground site to support DoD consulting efforts for the CECOM project and SAM‑D program.
About the Role
This full‑time position focuses on overseeing the entire foreign military sales lifecycle, from initial request through delivery and sustainment, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Oversee FMS cases from initiation through completion, coordinating equipment requests, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Interface with U.S. government agencies, international partners, and internal program teams to gather requirements and track case status.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ITAR, FAR, and DoD security guidelines.
- Support the CECOM project and SAM‑D program by providing weapon‑systems expertise and logistics planning.
- Prepare status reports, briefings, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep cases on schedule and within budget.
What We're Looking For
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher) required for access to Aberdeen Proving Ground facilities.
- Proven experience managing foreign military sales cases or similar defense acquisition programs.
- Strong knowledge of the FMS process, ITAR, and DoD procurement regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with weapon‑systems lifecycle support, logistics, and sustainment planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a government‑contractor environment and adapt to changing mission needs.
