What This Role Involves

This position involves providing high-quality patient care on the Post-Critical Care Unit (PCU). The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Duties include administering medications, performing treatments, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs
• Developing and updating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assisting with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility as needed
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

What You Bring

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or be eligible for licensure as an RN. A graduate nurse position requires recent nursing school graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a clinical setting. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills are essential. Experience in acute care settings is preferred but not required.
