About This Position

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care based on medical records and physician instructions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care programs.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment and document observations for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• A current Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) license from Connecticut is required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program and successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam are necessary for RNs, while GNs have recently completed their nursing program but must pass the NCLEX-RN within 18 months.
• Prior experience in cardiology or a related field is preferred but not required.
