About the Role
Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its New Graduate Progressive Care PCU program. This full-time position offers comprehensive training and support to new graduates in a progressive care unit environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Document patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or completion of a nursing program leading to licensure as an RN.
- Prior experience is not required for this role, but strong academic performance and excellent communication skills are essential.
