Position Summary

Select Medical is seeking a new graduate registered nurse to join our team at the Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Battle Creek, Michigan. As a full-time night shift RN, you will provide compassionate and skilled care for patients recovering from critical illnesses.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during recovery periods.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Newly graduated from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prioritize patient safety and demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible night shift hours from 7:00 pm - 7:30 am with a $15,000 sign-on bonus available.
