Role Overview
As a Patient Service Specialist at Kessler Rehabilitation Center, you'll be the welcoming voice and organizational backbone for our patients and their families. This role focuses on creating a patient-first experience that sets the tone for their entire rehabilitation journey, helping them move confidently toward returning to work, athletics, and the activities they love.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage patient scheduling, intake paperwork, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinical teams, and insurance providers
- Answer patient inquiries and direct requests to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update systems in real-time
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the facility
