About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II position at Woodbury Place is a hands-on, full-time opportunity based in O'Fallon, Saint Louis, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As part of Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, you will help ensure that our residential communities remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is an on-site role (not remote) ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in upkeep and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across the Woodbury Place property and its units
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently
- Support the day-to-day care and preventive maintenance of buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Maintain the standards of quality affordable housing that families are proud to live in
- Coordinate with the property management team to keep the community running smoothly
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on maintenance experience, consistent with a Technician II level
- Working knowledge of general repair trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks during the scheduled workweek
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in O'Fallon, Saint Louis
