About the Role
Select Medical is building out its onsite Industrial Injury Prevention Program and is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide clinical support and preventive care services. Working 3 weekdays per week, you'll collaborate with our clinical team to help reduce workplace injuries and support employees on their path to recovery.
What You'll Do
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Support industrial injury prevention initiatives and workplace wellness programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate employees on injury prevention techniques and proper body mechanics
- Contribute to a safety-focused culture within the workplace setting
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
- Knowledge of industrial injury prevention best practices
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and employee wellness
- Flexibility to work 3 weekdays per week (12 hours total)
