Digital ProductOps Manager – (Product Portfolio)

Join Highmark Health as a Digital ProductOps Manager - (Product Portfolio) and drive operational excellence for our Product Management team in Tallahassee, Leon County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to architect and optimize product operations processes across our entire product portfolio—from digital and self-service platforms to voice and in-person engagement channels—while enabling our teams to deliver better healthcare solutions.

About the Role

You'll be the operational architect for our Product Management function, designing systems and processes that keep product teams aligned, efficient, and focused on customer impact. Working across the complete Product Management Lifecycle, you'll create the frameworks, tools, and enablement structures that transform how our organization manages its digital, telephonic, in-person, and self-service products.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain product operations workflows spanning the full Product Management Lifecycle (PdMLC)
• Build operational templates, playbooks, and systems that empower product teams to execute faster and more effectively
• Manage cross-functional coordination across digital, voice, in-person, and self-service product channels
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product portfolio performance and operational health
• Facilitate alignment and communication between product management, engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Document best practices and create enablement resources that scale operational excellence
• Drive process improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and enhance team productivity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in product operations, product management, or related operational roles
• Proven track record designing and implementing scalable operational processes
• Strong expertise with product management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle frameworks
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Analytical mindset with skill in translating data and metrics into strategic insights
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industry operations preferred
