Director, Conversion Strategy

Position Summary

As Director of Conversion Strategy at Meredith, you'll lead the design and execution of comprehensive conversion optimization programs that drive measurable business impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape how millions of customers interact with our digital properties, blending analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute conversion strategy initiatives across digital touchpoints, leveraging analytics and user behavior insights
• Build and mentor a team focused on continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization methodologies
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to align on conversion goals and success metrics
• Analyze customer journey data to identify friction points, opportunities, and growth levers at each stage of engagement
• Lead the adoption of conversion optimization tools and platforms, establishing best practices and scalable processes
• Drive data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analysis into actionable business strategy
• Monitor and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI; refine strategies based on performance insights

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in conversion optimization, digital strategy, or revenue growth roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and customer experience optimization
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Track record of driving measurable revenue growth and improving key business metrics
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
