About the Role
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma City, you will care for patients recovering from serious illness, injury, or surgery as they work to regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will join a collaborative clinical team focused on compassionate, individualized rehabilitation care, gaining hands-on experience while building the confidence and skills that define a long nursing career.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and document care accurately throughout each day shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Partner with therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support each patient's recovery goals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery expectations, and discharge preparation.
Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current or pending RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
- Availability for a full-time, day-shift schedule in Oklahoma City, OK.
Compensation
- Pay starting at $37.16 per hour.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus.
