Role Overview
Shape the Future of Family Medicine with Banner Health. As a full-time Academic Family Medicine Physician at Banner-University Medical Group in South Tucson, you will be part of an innovative and growing academic team within the Department of Family & Community Medicine. This position offers outpatient care opportunities alongside the option to engage in low-risk obstetrics.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered family medicine services in a community hospital setting.
- Possibility to offer low-risk obstetric services as part of your clinical practice.
- Contribute to the academic mission by participating in teaching and research activities.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Arizona.
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Experience preferred but not required for the academic role.
