The Opportunity

This position is designed for recent graduates of an accredited school of Nursing who are working in a state that does not allow them to perform nursing duties until licensed. The specific job title will be determined based on the state where you are employed. As part of the hemodialysis health care team, your role involves providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direction of more experienced nurses.

Core Duties

• Provide patient-centered care in a hemodialysis setting
• Administer medications as directed by licensed practitioners
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status
• Assist with the setup and operation of dialysis machines
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate new graduate RN who is eager to contribute to our healthcare team. You should have:

• A recent nursing degree from an accredited program
• Prior experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required)
