The Opportunity
Universal Health Services is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our location in Attleboro, Massachusetts. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling options including day shifts (7am - 3:30pm), evening shifts (3pm - 11:30pm), and overnight shifts (11pm - 7:30am). The position is available on a part-time basis for 24 hours per week, with the potential to work additional hours or cover various shifts if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses.
- Perform routine medical procedures and assist in diagnostic testing.
- Provide patient education on health care practices, medication management, and self-care techniques.
Qualifications
- Newly graduated Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- Prior experience or relevant coursework in psychiatric nursing is preferred but not required for new graduates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to patient care and a passion for mental health services.
