About the Role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking new graduates of an accredited school of Nursing who are working in a state that does not allow graduates to perform nursing duties until licensed. This position will be part of the hemodialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the supervision required by law.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide patient care services as directed by a licensed nurse or physician in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and departmental procedures.
• Assist in the administration of medications, including IV infusions, under direct supervision.
• Perform basic nursing duties such as taking vital signs, administering fluids, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Participate in patient education programs to ensure patients understand their treatment plans and care needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the medical record.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• A strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
• Basic knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and protocols.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
