Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to physicians or other health care personnel.
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform invasive procedures as ordered by a physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all patient care activities performed.
Qualifications
- Newly graduated Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Certification as a registered nurse in the state of Texas.
- Able to work full-time hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to perform duties in various medical specialties such as Med Surg Rehab, Telemetry PCU, ICU, NICU, Mother Baby, and Lab.
