About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care based on medical orders
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility within the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient care
What We're Looking For
- A current RN license in the state of employment
- Experience working in a cardiac stepdown or critical care setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
