Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in diverse healthcare environments
- Support patient needs across ICU, ED, and MedSurg departments
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications
- Current RN license in Alabama
- Valid BLS certification required
- Experience in ICU, ED, or MedSurg preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
