About the Role
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, skilled patient care in our rehabilitation hospital serving Boone County and surrounding communities. You'll work 12-hour shifts with multiple scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle while meeting our clinical needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and nursing support in our rehabilitation setting
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Educate and communicate with patients and families throughout their recovery
- Support safe patient mobility and rehabilitation progress
Schedule Flexibility
- Weekday days: Three 12-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with weekends off
- Weekend days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts with time-and-a-half pay on Saturday and Sunday
- Weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts with time-and-a-half pay for all three days
What We're Looking For
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid healthcare provider CPR certification
- Clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a dynamic rehabilitation environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
