About the Role

As a Real Estate Agent with Jack Conway, you'll work with clients buying and selling residential properties across our Wareham market. This is a hands-on position where you'll guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation through closing. You'll manage client relationships, develop market knowledge, and grow your professional network while building a sustainable career in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• List and market residential properties to qualified buyers
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Work with buyers to identify suitable homes and negotiate offers
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing logistics
• Stay current with local market trends and property values
• Build and maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Represent sellers and buyers professionally through all transaction phases
