About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the customer-facing backbone of our Rockford store, delivering exceptional service that builds loyalty and drives sales. You'll work a full-time schedule of 30–40 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, creating positive experiences that make customers feel valued and understood.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance locating products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Maintain store displays, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor clean and well-organized
- Answer customer questions confidently and make recommendations based on their needs
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and follow through on resolutions
- Work with your team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Adhere to company policies, health codes, and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service orientation with genuine interest in helping others
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

- Retail experience preferred but not required
